

Ingredients
Cinnamon Rolls
- 1 Wholly Gluten Free Pizza Dough Ball
- 1/4 cup Butter (Melted)
- 1/2 cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
Icing
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Butter (melted)
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spray cookie sheet or cake pan with cooking spray, or line with cooking parchment paper.
- Use parchment paper on work surface to roll out cold dough into a rectangular(ish) shape into 1/4 " thickness
- Brush with butter, leaving about 1/2 inch on 1 of the long edges rectangle of dough without butter.
- Make sure this edge stays clean so the dough will seal.
- Sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans over the melted butter on dough.
- Roll dough up tightly, and seal edge.
- Using serrated knife, cut dough roll into 16 equal slices.
- Place slices cut side down 3 inches apart on a cookie sheet or cake pan.
- Bake 12 to 17 minutes. *Dough may not brown on tops*
- While rolls are baking in the oven, combine wet icing ingredients.
- Slowly combine powdered sugar until mixed completely.
- Remove rolls from oven and let cool for about 5 minutes
- Add icing and enjoy!
