Wholly Gluten Free 9” Pie Shell

Chopped Fresh Basil

Minced Garlic

provolone cheese
thinly sliced

plum tomatoes
thinly sliced lengthwise

cup
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Freshly Ground Pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°
Prebake pie shell according to package directions until golden.
In a small saucepan, cook oil, basil and garlic until heated. Cover and keep
warm.
When crust is done, cover with half the provolone, then half the tomatoes. Sprinkle with 2 TB of Parmesan cheese.
Repeat layers, topping with basil mixture and pepper.
Bake 375° for 15-18 minutes until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes.
